The American Idol underdog pulls it off with an AI victory. With all the attention and predictions that Adam Lambert would claim the American Idol title. It goes to show it doesn't always matter what the judges say as the viewers cast their vote for their favorite Idol. Congratulations to 23 year old Kris Allen in an upset that was supposed to be a shoe in for Lambert 27. Kris Allen will receive a record contract for his win on AI.
It's all up to Adam Lambert and Kris Allen Tuesday evening. The American Idol finalists will have a final sing off to see who will be the next American Idol. The song "No Boundaries" will be the single for the winner of the singing competition. You can hear it tonight on AI.
The winner will be announced Wednesday night on the 2 hour season finale. Both singers have a huge fan base and it's anyone's game at this point. The much loved and hated American Idol continues to pull in dynamic ratings season after season.
